Outsourcing / Help Desk / Service Desk

We provide a complex IT service for companies. We care about flawless, stable functioning of all IT system elements: from servers and services hosted on them to the work stations. We solve problems, assist end users in everyday work, guarantee agreed on security level and thanks to implementing proactive strategy – we minimize risks of discontinuity of services. We provide remote assistance via mail, phone and encrypted remote access as well as on-site that is in clients’ office.

Hosting

We install and support electronic mail, www pages and web services. We provide regular back-ups granting access to historic data. We offer data storage and exchanging via private cloud solutions. Our clients have access to shared data folders, automatic actualization and shared calendars. We also sell and maintain Internet domains. We guarantee comfort data access In line with requirements and their safety.

Servers

Our R&D department guarantees individually designed solutions fulfilling sophisticated or specific needs of our clients. We care about optimal exploitation of resources and infrastructure. We can meet over standard security requirements. On request we can design dispersed file structure or build software or hardware cluster. At first we precisely check what resources are used, what they are used for and what specific needs should be met. Then we look for a personalised mix of the most effective solutions available on the market. Finally we implement solution fulfilling all requirements and guarantees improvement of given parameters.
